1. Business Days
- We process orders Monday to Saturday, excluding U.S. public holidays.
- Order Cut-Off Time: 05:00 PM EST (New York).
- Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Origin
Orders are shipped from:
- The United States, or
- Selected international warehouses.
The shipping origin depends on product stock and customer location.
3. Order Processing Time
- Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
- During busy periods such as holidays or sales, slight delays may occur.
- If delays happen, we will notify you by email.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
- United States: 3–6 business days.
- International: 7–21 business days.
Please note: Delivery times exclude processing time and may vary due to customs, postal delays, or weather conditions.
5. Shipping Fees
- U.S. Orders: Flat rate of $6.39.
- International Orders: Flat rate of $9.39.
All shipping fees are displayed clearly at checkout before payment.
6. Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You can use this tracking number to check your shipment status directly with the carrier.
7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
- Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, you may need to cover additional reshipping costs.
- We are not responsible for deliveries sent to addresses entered incorrectly at checkout.
