We process orders from Monday to Saturday, excluding U.S. public holidays.
Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be handled on the next business day.

We fulfill orders from:
- The United States
- Selected international warehouses
The shipping origin depends on product availability and customer location.
3. Order Processing Time
We process most orders within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
However, during holidays or sales, minor delays may occur. If this happens, we will notify you by email.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
- United States: 3–6 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Please remember that these timelines exclude processing time and may vary due to customs, local postal delays, or weather disruptions.

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If the address is incorrect and the package is returned, you may be responsible for additional reshipping costs.
