At Atodia, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, this policy outlines how you can request a return or refund in a fair and transparent way.

Our services are available to customers in the United States and most international countries, except where prohibited by law. If your country is not supported, checkout will be unavailable.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 28 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, and in original condition and packaging
  • Items must include all original tags, labels, and accessories

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Gift cards or promotional giveaways
  • Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage unrelated to shipping

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@atodia.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will send return instructions and the appropriate return address
  3. Ship the item(s) using a trackable shipping service

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent incorrectly.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Please notify us within 28 days of receiving the item at support@atodia.com
  • We may request clear photos of the issue
  • If verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), you will receive an email notification.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the stated time:

  • First, check your bank or credit card statement again
  • Then contact your bank or card issuer—processing times may vary

7. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order separately.
