1. Where do you ship from?
We ship from various fulfillment centers located in the United States and select international hubs, depending on product availability and your delivery address.
2. How long does shipping take?
- U.S. Orders: 3–6 business days after processing
- International Orders: 7–21 business days after processing
Note: Order processing time is 1–3 business days.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use it to track your package on the carrier’s website.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
- Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
- Diners Club, JCB
- PayPal
All payments are processed in USD.
5. Can I cancel or change my order?
You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us at support@atodia.com.
Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may return the item after delivery.
6. How do I return an item?

7. When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
8. What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
Please email us at support@atodia.com within 7 business days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
9. Are there any items that can’t be returned or canceled?
Yes, the following are non-returnable and non-cancelable:
- Final Sale items
- Customized or personalized products
- Items showing signs of use or wear
10. Do you offer exchanges?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, return the original and place a new order.
