1. How do I place an order?
Visit https://atodia.com, browse our product catalog, select your desired item, choose the size and quantity, then click “Add to Cart.”
When you’re ready, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment details, and complete your purchase.
2. Is order tracking available?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
You can also log into your account on our website to view your order status and tracking updates.
Shipping
1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
2. How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery time is 3 to 6 business days after the order is shipped.
3. What are the shipping costs?
We charge a flat rate of $9.39 for standard shipping within the U.S.

Returns & Refunds
1. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 21 days from the date of delivery for eligible items.

2. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Order Cancellation
1. Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.

2. Can I cancel part of my order?
No. We currently do not support partial cancellations.
If you wish to change your order, please cancel the entire order and place a new one.
