1. Where do you ship from?
We ship from fulfillment centers in the United States and selected international hubs. The exact location depends on product availability and your shipping address.
2. How long does shipping take?
- U.S. Orders: Delivered within 3–6 business days after processing.
- International Orders: Delivered within 7–21 business days after processing.
Note: All orders require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your package ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use it to track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following secure options:

- Diners Club, JCB, PayPal
All transactions are processed in USD.
5. Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes. You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us at support@atodia.com.
After shipment, cancellations are not possible. However, you may return the item once received.

You may request a return within 28 days of receiving your order.

After we receive and inspect your return, we will issue an approved refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Yes. The following items are excluded:

- Items that show signs of use or wear
9. Do you offer product exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
