Cancellation Policy

At Atodia, we understand that plans change. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how you can cancel an order and what to expect in terms of refunds and exceptions.

1. Eligibility for Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled only before they have shipped.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our Returns & Refunds Policy.
  • Custom-made or special-order items are not eligible for cancellation, as they are prepared specifically for each customer.

2. How to Cancel an Order

To request a cancellation:

  1. Email us at support@atodia.com with your order number and your cancellation request
  2. Our team will verify the order’s status
  3. If it has not yet shipped, we will cancel and issue a refund promptly

3. Refund for Canceled Orders

  • If your cancellation is approved, we will refund the full order amount to your original payment method
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days
  • If the order is canceled before shipment, shipping costs will also be refunded
  • If the order has already been shipped, shipping fees are non-refundable

4. Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for:

  • Cancellation
  • Refund
  • Return

5. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order:

  • Contact support@atodia.com within 7 business days of receiving your order.
  • We will offer one of the following resolutions:
    • Reship the correct or missing item at no additional charge
    • Issue a refund, based on your preference and item availability
