1. Eligibility for Cancellation
- Orders may be canceled only before they have shipped.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our Returns & Refunds Policy.
- Custom-made or special-order items are not eligible for cancellation, as they are prepared specifically for each customer.
2. How to Cancel an Order
To request a cancellation:
- Email us at support@atodia.com with your order number and your cancellation request
- Our team will verify the order’s status
- If it has not yet shipped, we will cancel and issue a refund promptly
3. Refund for Canceled Orders
- If your cancellation is approved, we will refund the full order amount to your original payment method
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days
- If the order is canceled before shipment, shipping costs will also be refunded
- If the order has already been shipped, shipping fees are non-refundable
4. Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for:
- Cancellation
- Refund
- Return
5. Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order:
- Contact support@atodia.com within 7 business days of receiving your order.
- We will offer one of the following resolutions:
- Reship the correct or missing item at no additional charge
- Issue a refund, based on your preference and item availability
