At Atodia, we know that sometimes plans change. That’s why we offer a clear and fair cancellation policy. This page explains when you can cancel your order, how to do it, and what kind of refund you can expect.
1. When Can You Cancel?
You can cancel your order only if it hasn’t shipped yet.
Once we hand it over to the shipping carrier, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, please follow our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Note: Customized or made-to-order items cannot be canceled because we prepare them specifically for you.
2. How to Cancel Your Order
To cancel an order, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@atodia.com with your order number and cancellation request.
- Our team will check whether your order has shipped.
- If the item has not shipped, we will cancel it and send you a confirmation email.
After confirmation, we will begin processing your refund.
3. Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation is approved:
- We refund the full order value to your original payment method.
- The refund is usually completed within 5–10 business days.
- If the order is canceled before shipment, we will also refund your shipping fee.
- However, if the order has already shipped, the shipping cost is not refundable.
4. Final Sale Items
Please be aware that products marked Final Sale are not eligible for:
- Cancellation
- Refund
- Return
These items are sold as-is and cannot be changed once the order is placed.
